Omar replaced my water heaters. He was competent and fulfilled the replacement in a timely way. He was respectful and gave clear follow up instructions regarding the warranty. I went with this company to replace because they had installed a Bradford White gas water heater in the past. I replaced that this time with the same for a 10 year warranty. Another reason was they did not ply me with products and services I did not ask for. And the competitive pricing was a third reason I chose them.

Had a great experience with the installation of my new tankless water heater. Joseph came to my home to review my situation with the current hot water tank system that was approaching end of life & making a clunking sound. He answered all my questions & provided a written quote with a fair price for the job which I really appreciated. His colleague Omar who installed the new heater unit did an amazing job, professional & highly skilled in all the new plumbing he had to install. Thank you Efficient Water Heaters for all your efforts , highly recommended

Another company insisted that we needed to replace our Navien water heater. Efficient Water Heaters determined that it was still under warranty and rebuilt it for a fraction of the replacement price (we're talking thousands of dollars). They were fast and did great work.
