Omar did an excellent installation of a new, top-of-the-line Navien tankless water heater with a recirculating pump to get hot water out fast. Very meticulous work and great attention to detail. He took his time and did not rush the job.
Wish we knew about Efficient Water Heaters sooner.
We had to replace our tankless water heater on short notice and had a new Navien tankless water heater installed. Unfortunately, it took 2+ mins to get hot water. The installers came back multiple times over many weeks trying to fix it -- no luck.
In desperation, we called Joseph at Efficient Water Heaters who came out and quickly diagnosed the installation issue. The next day, Omar performed the work and now (finally!) our Navien operates as intended.
