I had a badly clogged kitchen sink and called late on a Friday morning. I briefly described my problem and was told if I text him my address, he'd send someone out right away. I did so and figured I'd be waiting around a few hours. I asked for an ETA and was told 30 minutes - and I live in Morgan Hill! Tu showed up 30 minutes later. Tu was professional and polite. He removed his shoes, wore a mask, looked for the best way to approach my problem, explained what he would do, verbally quoted me the cost, proceeded with the work after getting my approval, after clearing the clog he tested his work several times and in different ways, checked for leaks, thoroughly cleaned up after himself, and was done in under an hour. WOW.
Tod came to my home on 1/1/2025. He showed up in the morning, checked the sewer problem. After I agreed on the price, he did the flush for the sewer line from the house to the street and Problem got solved.
Excellent- happy to find someone reliable and honest near by to help us with plumbing needs. We had our bathroom getting constantly clogged along with toilet and tub, we had someone else come and give a quote and he told us to change pipes for $5000! We found this weird and called in Todd next day, he said he can fix the clog for 450$. He went onto the roof and helped us clog with a specialized machine he has with him- very honest and didn't try to upsell anything beyond the 450$.. very nice to chat with as well as he gave some more suggestions on water softener and Ro. Highly recommend Todd for any plumbing needs!
