Tony helped us during the July 4th long weekend, while several others didn't respond quickly or not at all. He was timely, explained the issues clearly, and verified the job was done completely before leaving. He also identified several other potential situations around the house that may become issues later on, and suggested some preventive steps I could take now.I'd surely call him again for any of our plumbing needs.

Tony & his crew were very responsive and came out the same day and fixed my parents plumbing issues, just in time for a big party that we had scheduled. They were very professional and fixed all of the problems and even rerouted some pipes for a better flow. Thank you so much. I definitely give them 5 stars and will definitely call them for any future issues!

We hired Lucky Rooter to fix a toilet leak. While inspecting the leak, Andy identified other deferred plumbing maintenance and was able to provide an estimate on the spot using photos and videos from his inspection. Andy was very responsive and patiently and thoroughly answered our questions.Andy was always prompt during the three-day project and updated us throughout the day. We could tell that Andy prioritizes doing high-quality work, and we're confident in the results. Furthermore, even after a long day, Andy took the time to clean up the work site and remove old materials. It will be an easy choice to work with Andy and Lucky Rooter again!
