Clean, modern equipment. I didn't feel rushed when asking to repeat options. Showed up a little early with my current glasses and was out the door in less than a half hour.
I came in after getting an incorrect prescription somewhere else a few months ago. Luckily medi-cal allows you to see another Dr if your having an issue with your new glasses.
At the end of the exam Dr Lao compared the new prescription to my current one and there was a huge improvement. Pretty sure she nailed it.
Dr. Kelly Lao is extremely kind and good at her job and I always feel welcomed and respected in her office. Being a young girl, I often feel neglected and brushed off while visiting the doctors office, but Dr. Lao takes the time to listen to your concerns and discuss any questions you may have. The ladies at the front are also so sweet and go the extra mile to take care of you, and they always squeeze you in :) I highly recommend!
Had A Great Eye Exam Today. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The optometrist took her time and explained the process while also keeping me engaged in my check up. Definitely Recommend this office. Ms. Lao and her staff are the best.
