“I'm a 78 year old woman who has not had an eye exam in over 15 years. I'm a type 2 diabetic and my primary care physician demanded I get an eye exam. I saw Dr. Brent Chinn at FYidoctors Mountain View and he was incredible. He was so thorough and explained everything to me during the exam. I had no idea my vision had changed that much. The entire team in the office was so welcoming and so prefssional and helpful it made me less nervous for the exam. I am a big believer that a friendly and welcoming environment can make or break an experience. The 2 young ladies who performed my pre-testing explained each instrument and why it was being done. When it was time to see Dr. Chinn, I was less anxious and ready to listen. When the exam was done, I picked out a pair of glasses that were purple to honor my baby Sister who passed a long time ago. I'm writing this review because it's been a few weeks since picking up my new glasses and I am so happy with my new vision. I will be back again. Thank you Dr. Chinn and your amazing team for the best eye exam and experience plus my great glasses.”
