“I found Dr. Ngo for over 20 plus years in Palo Alto. I'm so glad I found him, after my first ever horrible experienced with another optometrist. Where my original eye sight was better than the prescriptions contact lenses & glasses that they prescribed me. But when Dr. Ngo saw me and fixed that. I never wanted to see anyone else. Unfortunately, I no longer work in Palo Alto and that's at least 30 plus minutes travel for me. But I was still trying to see him there for a little bit. Until just a about 6 years back, I found him in Milpitas. I couldn't be more happy. His price is very reasonable. I can't speak for the products. But, if price is high, I don't have to buy it if I don't like it. So I don't get why people complaints about high prices and still buy the products. Just don't buy it. Problems solved. Overall, I love Dr. Ngo. He is very thorough, very personable and professional. My husband is also getting his eye check here as well. I would of bring my kids but they are covered from our health insurance in Kaiser. Otherwise, I would be more than happy to bring them here. Also, the gentlemen running the office is very pleasant and personable to talk to as well. I highly recommend this place.”
