We have American Home Shield on our home and needed service on our heater. Within minutes of completing my online request from AHS, someone from Same Day ACH called and scheduled an appointment that day since they had a technician nearby. Thankful that they sent the same person Hashem, who worked on our heater within the last month. He's very courteous and explained what he was doing and what we could do to ensure our heater was working properly. Hashem advised us he needed to replace a part and could do it next week. We advised him we would be gone and our daughter would be at work, so he came back the following day.
Edward was fabulous. He was kind and patient to answer our questions. He took the time to unstick an old part in order to complete the repair with the new ordered part. He was professional and did a thorough job. He did not rush us he took the time to relate to his customer and provide information to keep us safe in our home. Very greatful to Edward!
I want to say my heater went out, I called around 11 am, and had a same day appt. 1 to 5, around 3:30 the repair man Sahir showed up, understood what was wrong immediately, and was very kind and thorough with his explanation and 3 options I had. I chose one, and he did not try to persuade me to do anything more which I appreciated him listening on my needs as well. Sahir is one of the best repairman I have had and if I have another problem, I will be asking for him by name. You have a very good representative for your company.
