They kept me informed during the whole process and when we had a glitch (during asbestos removal) and it was going to take an extra day, he offered to provide us with a duct cleaning service (which they scheduled right away). “Across the 5+ decades of my experience of home ownership, I've had cause to hire a lot of people to install or fix something. Yesterday, Gabriel of E-fficient HVAC installed a new hot water heater for us and I'm delighted to share that this experience was one of the rare ones; it was entirely positive.
