“Heat didn't go on as scheduled at 6 AM. Checked out the thermostat and it was OK. Jeff Stuckert called me back between his jobs and explained the common furnace problems and how to find them on the circuit board under the heating section. Then he asked for me to send him the wiring diagram photos and found the fuse which could be the problem. It was. Heat went on and off in response to the thermostat. He really knows his stuff!!!I very highly recommend him.“

I give them my highest recommendation! 1) Every person we interfaced with was professional, and helpful, and just nice. 2) Project was timely, and everything worked out as expected and promised. The only minor drawback is that they are good at what they do, and popular, so there was a bit of time waiting to initially get our project in their queue. “I had an old heater replaced in my residence that was a Coleman vintage, at least 50 years old, that was settling off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. I related their excellent work to the property management, AMORE Real Estate Property Management.“

“Had a couple of issues at my parent's home and James resolved both. Their dryer was continuously increasing time for each load of laundry, James saw that a mesh filter was incorrectly added to the vent, which was trapping lint. He removed the mesh filter and the problem was solved! Also, their forced air unit was noisy and struggling to get heat out. A simple filter change fixed the problem.“

Every time I call to set up an appointment they are so accommodating, kind, and friendly. They've sent one man (Gary maybe?) out to the building twice and he's very kind, friendly, and super competent about whatever the problem might be. They are great about working around what works best for me (can be tricky with tenants trying to find times that they want their landlord coming into their unit with any kind of repair person), but Bullard always does their best to set up appointments for me. I'll keep using them as long as I own this building! They are the best.“

“I called Cabrillo because our disposal wasn't working. It turns out it is pretty old --and rusty, so we got a new one (all in the same visit!) Frank checked our water heater at my request, AND he thoughtfully checked the water pressure coming into the house. It's a good thing: not only is the water heater 19 years old, but we need a new pressure monitor and gauge.... Frank gave me a detailed description of options for a new heater, as well as cost and the type of work that would have to be done--with no pressure. It's wonderful having Cabrillo be able to take care of so many plumbing items. We've used companny for about 25 years, and they've never let us down in quality of work, quality of appliances & material, and excellence of personnel!“
“This was one of the best services i have received in almost 40 years!! I have used about 10 different services , and they are basically the same. (Others are Unresponsive , late, missing appointments and worse off, not communicative) Air FLOW PROS DID EVERYTHING PERFECT. THEY arrived early to check my system, squeezed me in later at 8pm due to an emergency, replaced my system, under budget on time and communicated the whole way through. They EVEN VACUUMED WHEN THEY LEFT AND came up and asked us if there was anything else they could do~ at 9pm! Polite , professional and efficient.
