“Heat didn't go on as scheduled at 6 AM. Checked out the thermostat and it was OK. Jeff Stuckert called me back between his jobs and explained the common furnace problems and how to find them on the circuit board under the heating section. Then he asked for me to send him the wiring diagram photos and found the fuse which could be the problem. It was. Heat went on and off in response to the thermostat. He really knows his stuff!!!I very highly recommend him.“

“Our heating system randomly stopped working after we changed the batteries in our thermostat. I tried all the tricks I could find on Google but nothing worked. It was really cold outside! I called Rush Air Mechanical and received a call back quickly. I was not able to answer at that moment, but a few minutes later, Alex texted me. We subsequently communicated via text and via phone. I sent him pictures and videos, and he tried to help me figure things out. When this wasn’t possible, he came over within an hour! He got the system working within 15 minutes. Even though he had had driven over, just to evaluate my heater and taken time out of his day, he didn’t even charge me. I am so appreciative for this, and will definitely contact this company again if we have heater issues in the future. Thank you Alex!“

“I called Anthony, not expecting availability on a holiday but he made time and came over punctually. He was respectful and knowledgeable. He replaced out a switch in our microwave that caused it to run when the door was opened and also fixed the gas burner that didn't light consistently. In two minutes, he addressed something that another tech from two months ago couldn't accomplish! Similarly, he identified that the freezer door gasket was not causing the icing over but helped with creatively zip tying the arms of the basket, since the part is no longer available. I will certainly be relying on Anthony for our future needs. I highly recommend him!“

“Our home is about 3000 Sqft split between two floors, which means the temperature can be drastically different between upstairs and downstairs without proper control. It can be extremely cold during the winter while overheated upstairs.To solve our problem, Armen and the team designed and installed a thermostat controller duct dampers-based solution. We had for almost three months now - It works perfectly.Armen took the time to evaluate my situation and presented the most cost-effective solution. He took the time to explain the whys. Unlike many others, he did not try to sell me anything that we don't need.During the installation, his team always show up on time, keep the workspace clean, and they are very ploite and helpful.Finally, his team went above and beyond to fix my air cleaner machine, which was outside of their original scope. His team helped me fix the issue including taking the picture, sending it to Carrier for a replacement part and install it for me without any additional cost.Armen - I hope we won't have any heating and cooling needs, but if we do, you know who we will call!“
“Had a couple of issues at my parent's home and James resolved both. Their dryer was continuously increasing time for each load of laundry, James saw that a mesh filter was incorrectly added to the vent, which was trapping lint. He removed the mesh filter and the problem was solved! Also, their forced air unit was noisy and struggling to get heat out. A simple filter change fixed the problem.“

“Our A/C went out on Saturday of Labor Day weekend, during the absolutely hottest days of our summer 100+ degrees! We called the people who we have used recently and they were going to be closed on Sunday and Monday. Someone posted on NextDoor that they had a great experience with McFarlane the day before, so I called Monday morning and he said he was in Marin County and would be at our house at 1:00 PM. He arrived at 12:40, fixed our unit and was back on the road by 1:00! We wanted to pay him before he left, but he said he'd bill us! The bill was very reasonable. Our A/C is about 18 years old, so we expected we would have to replace it, but he told us not to replace it until it quit on us. He could have sold us a new unit. When the times comes, McFarlane is who we'll be calling!“

“I had an old heater replaced in my residence that was a Coleman vintage, at least 50 years old, that was settling off my Carbon Monoxide alarm. Eagle Refrigeration had been chosen by the property manager to replace the heater. The heater installers (Franks and David) who work under owner Herman Escajadillo, were extremely thorough and knowledgeable and had quite pleasant demeanors. They were respectful of my property and finished the work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality. I would recommend them highly if there is any work needed in the HVAC area. I related their excellent work to the property management, AMORE Real Estate Property Management.“

“I can't say enough good things about my experience with Steve and ProAir, but let me try.First, I had several companies come to give me estimates, but ProAir was the only one brave enough to actually follow through. Bonus points for that! Steve is extremely responsive, completely professional, and thoroughly efficient. He was here early for the initial appointment, made good use of my time by getting straight to work and he got back to me quickly with a comprehensive quote. He also answered all of my d*** questions without making me feel d**** His questions to me were smart and logical. Based on my responses, he chose a replacement unit for my antique dinosaur heater that would not break the bank but could still do the job. We booked the appointment for the following week. He took care of everything we discussed!! I was amazed! He replaced my heater, was careful not to hurt my house when hauling away the gigantic old one and even swept up after he was finished. He replaced all of my registers so they were air tight and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving. Although he brought a new thermostat for me, he let me order one that PG&E was rebating and said he would come back to install it. Honestly, my experience with ProAir was one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I highly recommend them without hesitation.“
