Tinka Construction
“We worked with Tinka Construction on the remodel of two of our home’s bathrooms, and they did a fantastic job.
It was a big task, as both bathrooms were in pretty bad shape when the project commenced. The wiring in both was completely outdated, and one had concealed rot that was bad enough that we practically had to build an entirely new room.
Tinka did a fantastic job throughout. They worked tirelessly six days a week to accelerate the process and made thoughtful recommendations on recessed lighting, shower niches, and a rain shower. The end result has been spectacular, and the quality of the work was top-notch.
Communication and professionalism were both bright spots as well. I always knew when to expect them, they were straightforward in addressing any changes in project scope (and with the rot we found, changes were very much needed), and they fastidiously cleaned the workspace each evening before leaving.
I recommend them wholeheartedly and will be using them for all future projects without hesitation.”
Nicholas Roofing Inc
“Nick just came to inspect my roof on my one-family house in El Cerrito. He took me on to the roof and walked me through my roof problems patiently and at length. Because of him, I know about how many years left I have, what work I can do to extend the life, and how much replacement will cost. He also gave me a reference for a solar panel company to do roof-related work since Sunpower (our installer) is out of business. In short, he was incredibly experienced, thorough, and honest! I probably don't need to replace my entire roof now, but when I do, I'll likely look to Nick to do it.”
