Because of him, I know about how many years left I have, what work I can do to extend the life, and how much replacement will cost. He also gave me a reference for a solar panel company to do roof-related work since Sunpower (our installer) is out of business. In short, he was incredibly experienced, thorough, and honest! I probably don't need to replace my entire roof now, but when I do, I'll likely look to Nick to do it.“

We are millennials lacking quite basic knowledge in the affairs of construction, but George was not just patient but the quality of his work and attention to detail was amazing -- just the same as if he was working on his own home. He would spend his own time on some of the finest details, like ensuring the wiring was straight or suggesting where to place recessed lights.

Now that we’ve lived in the home for about a year, we can also say that the quality has stood the test of time -- we’ve encountered no significant issues since moving in. Overall, I cannot recommend George enough as a contractor, doing projects large or small.“

“My older stucco house had some dry rot. First, David Ford was really responsive by phone, email, and personal visits. Then, he took me step by step into finding the best person for getting the best picture possible of where and how extensive the dry rot was. When we began work, he had a great crew appear regularly, and that crew was even led by Dave’s employee who is a licensed contractor himself. The crew went to work with respect for the garden and a lot of courtesy for us because they had to come inside to work. They were there every day (except when stucco was curing). The finished job was perfect and beautiful down to the matched paint. The crew also did some extra jobs that the beginning report on dry rot pointed out. This cost a little extra, of course, but I thought the beginning estimate was really fair anyway. This is a super business! I recommend Dave and his people very highly.“
