My sister recommended SFT Construction to me based on her positive feedback on a retaining wall project. She was highly complimentary about the quality of their work and expertise of the crew. I noticed cracks in my garage's foundation and contacted Shayan Mir who promptly provided a quote to reinforce the foundation. I was pleased the job started without delay. Ali, Shayan, and the whole team performed exceptionally well. Recently, they carried out a seismic retrofit for me, having been recommended to us by a neighbor who used SFT. All inspections were completed smoothly and on schedule, and they delivered the project precisely as discussed. I highly recommend their services!

I would like to thank Shayan Mir and his entire team at SFT Construction for the work they did at our 49 --unit apartment building in San Bruno. They completed a soft story seismic retrofit. We had already talked with 3 other construction companies and were frustrated with the interaction we had with them. On a whim, i called Shayan late one afternoon and realized right away that he was approaching the problem in a much more acceptable fashion.
