AJO is the best contracting group I have worked with, starting with Giuseppe the owner/engineer, to the responsive and efficient office manager, to the punctual and friendly work crew.Giuseppe always greets you with professionalism, yet is personable, and is very knowledgeable explaining procedures clearly and concisely. We live in an 1889 Victorian with an enclosed porch that was starting to separate from the house as the foundation was almost nonexistent. Giuseppe and team assessed the problem, suggested a solution and were terrific to work with from start to finish. The communication was clear, as was the workmanship, scheduling and flexibility. The final result was exactly what we needed. Having several friends who are local architects, I know the price was absolutely fair and I've already recommended AJO to several other homeowners.
