“I called them late in the day and they were super responsive! They came out the next day assessed the problem and referred us to the manufacturer and even advised us how to talk to them because we were technically out of our warranty. I called and they were totally right! The manufacturer is going to come out and repair it for free now based on this companies advice but they weren’t before and we’re gonna charge me 3-4 times. I really appreciate their professionalism, honesty and awareness of keeping costs as low as possible. I will definitely use them again if I need anything.“

He was honest and clear about the costs involved. We will be inviting Express Appliance to install our new dishwasher and will use them in the future for sure.“
“Had a challenging repair issue. One company told me the item was unrepairable (expensive appliance) and charged me $85 for the visit. I called Econo Appliance Service just to have a conversation with a technician, explaining that I didn't want to spend another $80-$100 just to have someone else come tell me that the unit was unrepairable, just wanted to know if they had heard of the symptoms on this particular model, and if it would be worth my time for them to come out. Adam actually offered to come take a look without charging, as long as it was at a time when he was in the area. He said he thought the original technician was correct but would be happy to take a look without charging and didn't want to charge me a service fee to tell me the same bad news. I ended up going a different direction (replacing the item), but was very impressed that this company would be willing to do a good faith visit based on the assumption that they would not be able to help. Extremely rare days and very impressive, they will certainly get my business in the future based on how they treat people that aren't even their customers yet.“

“I was having a problem with my commercial freezer and had two other specialists tell me two different things regarding the diagnosis. I called Michael Fryman Refrigeration of Ramona , CA and spoke with the owner, Michael ,who made everything clear. Not only did he take his time trying to help me with the diagnosis, he helped me to realize I had already wasted $500 on incorrect diagnoses. SO he recommended a new approach and saved me at least another $1000 on further loss. I was so impressed with Michael being so helpful without taking a penny from me which is rare in this day and age. “I recently had to buy all new appliances for my house. New kitchen and laundry. I went to Harbor thinking it was a used appliances store (that's what I searched for in Google) but when I got there everything looked too new and I found out from the salesman that I was sent there incorrectly. And then they had good prices, good sales support, and offered both delivery and installation services on top of all that. When they came, the installers did a good job getting everything where I wanted it to be and installing the pieces I wanted installed (by them). There was one issue where the dryer vent hose was too long (causing some drying issues) and I called to mention that and they came out very promptly to correct the issue. Finding a company that provides good products, prices, and service is a valuable thing. They did really good work and I appreciate that.“

“Great staff and plenty of parts in stock.My refrigerator was staying on constantly. After some research, I isolated it to the start relay. Called on the phone and they said either the part number or the model of the refrigerator will give the part number. Said they had plenty of that part. I drove over and spoke with an awesome lady named Laurie. Even though they weren't technicians, she was extremely friendly and tried her best to help. In the end it was a great experience and I will go to them again for any appliance parts!“

“Andrew Ivkin came and figured out that our dishwasher needed an inlet valve. He came back two weeks later because of our time issue to install the new part. I was impressed by how he did the work. Other repair men needed to take the door off in order to fix it. Andrew figured out a time saving way to simply remove the lower kick panel and nothing else. He was super fast. But, when tested, it didn't work. Andrew could have threw up his hands and walked away but instead he took a deeper look and found the other BIG problem. RATs! Yuck! They had gotten in there and chewed a few wires in between his first visit and second visit. Andrew helped us out in two ways. ONE, he repaired the chewed wires to regain a working dishwasher. TWO, he alerted us to the rat problem. Now both problems have been addressed. Andrew was super smart, very nice, and a really good repair man. I highly recommend Optimus and especially Andrew!!!Oh, this is the second time we used Optimus. The first time was to fix out central heating. One company said we needed to replace the unit but Optimus fixed it and saved us a bunch of money.“

“Rad came over to look at my old, but wonderful, Hotpoint dishwasher because it wasn't draining properly. He gave me upfront costs based on several things it could have been, so that I knew what I was getting into before hand. One of the things he quoted me on was a broken pump, and when I looked back into old receipts, I saw what I paid anotger Appliance Repair for the same issue a year ago, and I realized how badly I was ripped off before. I wish i had found Rad sooner! He also quoted a $49 service charge which is less than 99.9% of what anyone else charges, so you don't feel like you're wasting a ton of money up front! I have already asked him to come back and repair my microwave handle as soon as we can find the part.“
