I am blown away by the incredible attention to detail that Kim at Alpha Webworks put into our website redesign. We had a messy and unorganized website that was not cohesive in brand, with lots of copy and a confusing user journey. Over the years I have owned countless businesses, and I've employed a number of website developers. I must say, I can only wish I would have met Kim many years ago. I actually found Kim through Google search, and from our very first contact I knew I found the right person. I found her to be a great listener, she asked a number of really great questions I would have never thought to ask, and she explained in detail the advantages and disadvantages of all of my options. Alpha Webworks is an awesome company that helped us restructure and fix the coding. Kim Blake is the owner and designer that knows her craft extremely well. We have had a lot of other companies that do website support but they nickle and dime you to death. Kim doesn't do that and she is extremely knowledgeable with all of the details surrounding updating plugins when using a CMS system. She also helped correct our site to be accessibility compliant which would be a bear to deal with.When there is an issue, she is able to get things corrected right away.
