Great staff and plenty of parts in stock.My refrigerator was staying on constantly. After some research, I isolated it to the start relay. Called on the phone and they said either the part number or the model of the refrigerator will give the part number. Said they had plenty of that part. I drove over and spoke with an awesome lady named Laurie. Even though they weren't technicians, she was extremely friendly and tried her best to help. In the end it was a great experience and I will go to them again for any appliance parts!

This place has everything you need to fix your appliances. I've needed parts for both my dishwasher and washing machine in the past month. In one case they didn't have the part in stock but were able to get it from another store in one day. That was a pleasant surprise after they said it could take 3-4 days. Also, Cassie is so incredibly friendly over the phone. Thanks a bunch!

The customer service here illustrates why we must steer purchases to local independent businesses. Very knowledgeable, very cordial, very cost effective. Eat your heart out Amazon!!!!!
