“Really appreciate Ali for being very helpful with our dryer. It did not need any service/repair, it was our fault for locking the control panel. Ali came and took care of the issue without charging us anything. Normally you would have to pay for a minimum visit fee to trouble shoot the issue. Ali was very honest and explained very detail of what needs to be done on our own until it really needs a service which is a year from now. He refused to accept our offer to pay him. “Excellent Service & Saved Us $$Reached out to these guys to fix our GE dryer. During the initial phone conversation Darren answered all of my questions and gave an accurate estimate of the repair cost. He also got us on the schedule immediately. He showed up on time and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Even though our dryer is not a current model, he had the part we needed on his truck and was able to fix our appliance in less than an hour.Before calling Maslyn & Sons we considered using GE Service to repair our machine. Decided against it when we learned that they charge $133 just to show up and take a look. Darren charged a fraction of this amount AND he applied the fee to the work he performed.
