Professional and thorough. We moved into a house with an old, non-functional dishwasher. Sergei tried very hard to make it work but could not without major repairs. He was honest and clear about the costs involved. We will be inviting Express Appliance to install our new dishwasher and will use them in the future for sure.

My over the range microwave died two weeks ago and Express Appliance told me to schedule install of new one once I received it. They put me on the schedule the very next day after I called and Bart came today (on Memorial Day) to install it. The old one had been jury rigged by someone who didn't know how to install it and it required a lot of work to get the venting corrected. Bart not only installed the microwave but went and got the new venting parts it needed and came back today to finish the job when someone else canceled their time slot. I found our dishwasher power just goes off after washing the dishes and never process to the heating cycle. We texted our problem to company and they reached us pretty quickly so we could schedule easily without several calls. And the technician Igor was very patient and took a quite some time to inspect our dishwasher. He detected the possible problems and also pointed out it could be electric problem. So he gave a possible solution to try out and it worked successfully. We have previously called in another company but they have failed in detecting and solving a problem. Lots of thanks to our technician about explaining the details to me so I could understand.
