Sergei was extremely professional. My microwave stopped heating. He was sure it was the magatron, but once he checked it he found that it was working correctly. I so appreciated his honesty, because he could have totally bamboozled me into thinking I needed an expensive repair. Much to my surprise the microwave just needed to be unplugged and plugged back in again...kinda like the your printer or computer. Totally surprising right? So weird, but what do I know about microwave ovens? He also reminded me I just needed to turn off the breaker instead of removing the microwave. This whole experience was very impressive.
