It has been fantastic to work with our rep Patrick. He ‘s proactive, communicates before and after every service visit, and always makes sure everything went smoothly. They service a wide range of equipment at our property and consistently keep everything running at its best. We’re really glad we brought them on and highly recommend them!
This is for Drew who was a great person and he was extremely knowledgeable for the ice machine I needed work done on. He was extremely professional and got the job done in a very efficient manner!
I used to work in the restaurant industry for years so I have a very good feeling about buying a Hoshizaki ice machine when I opened my own business.
Unfortunately, I was wrong about it. After I have used the brand-new Hoshizaki machine for 9 months, the censer did not cutoff machine automatically when ice hit the required level. The machine kept running and the ice bin was over flowing. I called San Diego Refrigeration company and they sent out the techs to fix it for four times. Joe Rosales has been very helpful and fixed the issue. Joe had been communicating with the people from Hoshizaki and replaced the new censer. It worked well. Thank you so much Joe, you are awesome!!!
