I used to work in the restaurant industry for years so I have a very good feeling about buying a Hoshizaki ice machine when I opened my own business.
Unfortunately, I was wrong about it. After I have used the brand-new Hoshizaki machine for 9 months, the censer did not cutoff machine automatically when ice hit the required level. The machine kept running and the ice bin was over flowing. I called San Diego Refrigeration company and they sent out the techs to fix it for four times.
