Mike Royal has been my best go to guy for solutions. His initiative has been invaluable as he keeps me informed on designer and custom style registers and grills. Top tier product presentation and genuinely personalized customer service.
We are a small HVAC business here in San Diego, and have always used US Air for all of our materials. They have always been great, however Mike Royal has always gone above and beyond for us! Anytime we need anything, he is always available to us and always finds a way to get us what we need. He thinks outside the box, and always figures out a way to make thing work for us.
