Very happy with our new Bosch dishwasher. Wanted a less available model not readily available. Texted Appliance Alley thru website on a Saturday night after closed. Received prompt text response from Reymundo indicating they might have model I wanted, with immediate great follow-thru with quote and specific model info. It had exactly what I asked for. Price quoted was very fair. Text messaging regarding delivery or pick up options was similar: prompt, thorough and flexible. Really a perfect transaction, to the extent that I would not hesitate to buy another appliance from Reymundo at Appliance Alley.
