Rad came over to look at my old, but wonderful, Hotpoint dishwasher because it wasn't draining properly. He gave me upfront costs based on several things it could have been, so that I knew what I was getting into before hand. One of the things he quoted me on was a broken pump, and when I looked back into old receipts, I saw what I paid anotger Appliance Repair for the same issue a year ago, and I realized how badly I was ripped off before. I wish i had found Rad sooner! He also quoted a $49 service charge which is less than 99.9% of what anyone else charges, so you don't feel like you're wasting a ton of money up front! Our washer and dryer suddenly stopped working and I called rad and he came out within the hour and fixed it within minutes ! So lovely and nice and helpful!! Would definitely use again!! The best! :)
