Our dryer started screeching so loud you could hear it anywhere in the house. We called Optimus Appliance Repair and got an appointment two days later. Andrew arrived on time and within 10 minutes diagnosed the problem. He showed me the frozen guide roller and the nearly disintegrated belt. He provided me with an estimate, which was very fair. He had the parts and the repair was completed within thirty minutes. This is not the first time we used this company. Last year we had a leaky washing machine. Andrew again, on time, quick diagnosis, done in under an hour. This review includes both events because I failed to review the first time. I strongly recommend this company...read full review

Great efficient and time effective service. Andrew made an accurate and accurate diagnostic in few minutes, came back with the required parts and replaced them in a blink.Our appliance was back in full service in a very efficient way.I highly recommend the great service that Optimus Appliance provides. And of course Andrew is a super star there..
