Recently, when one of my air conditioning units stoped supplying, cool air and began acting wonky, I called my home warranty company...... No answer .... So I left a message. The temperature was in triple digits. The company never called back. I had to get the situation taken care of.
I did my due diligence, checked reviews, and decided Western was the company I would call. My call was promptly answered, and Thomas came out the same day.
He examined both units found the problem and repaired it on the spot. He had to go onto the roof to access the condensers. Oh, did I mention the temperature was in the triple digits? I was and am impressed with the response and the quality of the service I received. I thought the cost to me was fair. Thank you, Thomas. You went above and beyond to take care of my problems..

“In 2017, my A/C unit stopped working on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I had a home warranty, but if you have home warranty insurance, you know how it goes: You call them. You hold for an hour. They take your service fee. You get transferred. You get disconnected. You call back. Wait again for hours for someone to answer the phone. You beg the warranty company to have one of their "licensed contractors" come out quickly because the outside temperature is approaching 118 degrees. You ultimately come to the realization that because of your crappy home warranty, you will probably be out of air conditioning for at least a week or two. You drink. Ultimately, the warranty company agreed to replace my A/C unit but they wanted to charge me an additional $3500.00 out of pocket to cover the new unit "government regulations upgrade". As a last cry for help, I contacted On Call Air. I spoke with Adrian and he could not have been nicer, more professional, or compassionate. He came out, fixed the problem for a few hundred dollars and it has worked perfectly from 2017 until yesterday. As always, my A/C unit began to make unconscionable noises on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Raphael (one of the owners) answered the phone after the first ring! He looked at the video that I sent him of my A/C and immediately assisted me with shutting off my A/C unit until they arrived. Adrian arrived within two hours to diagnose the issue. He told me that On Call Air does not contract with home warranty companies any more because they are so dishonest! Adrian diagnosed the issue and gave me two options: He could do another inexpensive "quick fix" or install a new unit (both cost options were very, very fair). I decided to go with the new unit installation...and this is the part of my review where a company transitions from awesome to exceptional.... At 4:00 PM, they drove all the way out to Riverside to pick up my new unit. They returned at around 8:00 PM and with limited lighting and while working in the heat, they installed my new unit. The crew worked nonstop, completing the job around 11:00 PM. The crew were so polite, knowledgeable, hard working, efficient, and above fair with their prices. I can see from all of the other 5 star reviews that these guys are completely legit! Highly, highly recommended!!!!!!! Saved by On Call Air twice!“

“Priority One Air Conditioning Plumbing & Heating Inc. is the best. We had a problem with the water pressure in our kitchen sink and called two other companies which would have coast us a lot of money if allowed them to provide their recommended service. Even though we had just installed a new water faucet hoping the pressure would improve the one company we’ve been doing business with for a long time informed me we needed a new faucet and said it was full of calcium. However, he did confirm we had good pressure coming in our home and at first, I believed him but after he left it just didn’t make sense.
I was telling a friend of mine what they said we needed, and she told me to call Priority One and explained she’s been working with them for a long time and that they were honest and do a good job, so I gave them a call.
David Emert came out, I explained our problem and David told me the new water faucets in CA are made to conserve water hence forth lower water pressure. I was shocked to think two other companies had no problem selling their services even when it wasn’t necessary.
It’s truly disheartening!

So, I signed a service contract with Priority One and yesterday Neal Marquez came out to service our heater. I was telling Neal during the fire in San Bernadino the smoke came into the valley, and we could smell it in our home. It got so bad we went and spent a night at a friends house. I had two companies come out to see if the duck work under our manufactured home was secure and they couldn’t find the problem. Neal looked at the duck work above our heater and noticed a fresh air vent open which was causing the problem and I was amazed our regular provider, and another didn’t notice that.
So, the problem is solved thanks to Priority One and their employee’s.“

“We noticed an exhaust like smell every time the AC was on. We researched it and found that it could be caused by a malfunction in the AC, and that the exhaust smell might be a dangerous gas. I called Robin at All Valley Air, and within two hours Yohann Lopez was here checking all the AC vents with very sophisticated equipment for any trace of a gas or fume coming from them. He found nothing, and we felt reassured that whatever we were smelling, though not pleasant, was at least not dangerous. The response time of All Valley Air was amazing and Yohann is the best of the best. Thanks to them all.“
