I thought the backroom wasn't getting any air, but he showed me that the vent was turned the wrong way. “Thank YOU to Omar of Palm Desert Air Conditioning and Heating Co. who arrived on time, got the job (changed filters and cleaned outside A/C unit $89) done in a timely manner and gave me some pointers on my garage split (which was not part of the scheduled maintenance today). He also checked my ducts to see if they needed cleaning ($750). Nope! Clean as a whistle.

That’s funny, because two weeks ago another BIG NAME A/C company here in the Coachella Valley gave me a $1500 estimate for cleaning the ducts… TWICE that of Palm Desert AC&H. That was AFTER they were a half hour late of the 4-hour window and AFTER I called the office AND the owner to ask where the heck they were. Sheesh people, I was shocked at the mediocrity and complacency of people who work for a company who can afford billboards.“
