Hands down the best experience I've had with an HVAC company in this area. We are a large restaurant with multiple units and Mendez has been extremely fast, reliable and fairly priced for every single issue we've encountered. Last night on a Friday at 8:30pm we had an issue and I called in expecting to reach a voicemail and get a call back hopefully on Monday but I was shocked that someone answered right away, took my info, got the basic issue, and told me a tech would be in touch. Sam and Victor came to our home this morning to clean the ducts and replace the filters on our HVAC system. They were on time and very professional. They did a great job and were very thorough and responsive. My wife and I have had much less impressive interactions with several of their competitors in the Coachella Valley and based on today we would STRONGLY recommend Mendez!
