We called WeFix Air Conditioning and Heating for issues with our air conditioner not cooling. Within 15 minutes we had them at our house in Palm Desert diagnosing the unit. We were shocked how quickly and they came and gave us a full explanation of the AC unit. We truly appreciated how knowledgeable and helpful the technician was. We’ve used a couple different AC services that service the Palm Desert area and this was the most comprehensive explanation and repair we’ve received. Called WeFix early evening because tenants reported air conditioning to stop working amongst some of the hottest weather of the summer. They came out immediately and provided a temporary fix to get them cool until their stay was over, and came out for a full cleanup and tuneup days later. Unit is old and needs replacing but I was happy WeFix was able to give the system a little more life until we can upgrade. Very communicative and quick to respond.
