“We went through our home warranty company and this was one of the best experiences ever. The warranty process is exhausting and we went a week with a unit down due to the process. Vendors have very little control over warranty company decisions based on our previous warranty experiences. Pacific is a family owned business and Victor was hands on and honest in his assessments.
