Esser responded quickly to my request for service. Michael our service tech arrived exactly on time and diagnosed the issue quickly. He repaired the electrical connection and replaced the blown fuse in the surge protector. Up a running again at 100% performance. Jim

Our AC broke down during this heat wave and Esser didn’t have the parts so 3 1/2 days with no AC. They put 2 portable AC’s in bedrooms, first one didn’t work so they bought a new one. Then the second one didn’t even last 1 night, my room was hotter than outside. Horrible experience because no help on weekends. No one returns our msgs either a proper call, just a text msg. Our other company before them never left us alone even on weekends.
