“I live in an apartment here in Palm Springs. As such, I don't pay the bill and not the direct customer, per se, you know, I'm not the one paying the bill, but they treated me like I am. Very professional and courteous. Very courteous. They went above and beyond to help me. I have a broken HVAC system that nobody else has been able to repair. They were able to diagnose and get the correct parts. While waiting, they brought in a temporary air conditioning unit to help keep me cool while waiting for the parts to come in. I'm disabled and really have problems with the heat out here in the desert. The employees that took care of me were fantastic and made me feel like I was part of their own family. Now that is great customer service! Blair heating & Air is second to none! Really appreciate the way they helped me!

He took photos and explained the situation. He also there are thorough exam of all other elements, including cleaning the filter and seeing if there was any other potential issues.
