This is a very professional service company, and one of their best technicians, Steven Salanga, is professional, thorough, explains issues well, and is a strong asset to the company. I continue to appreciate the way this firm respects their customers. Highly recommended.
Biannual inspection plan. Very professional and emailed detailed report with photos afterwards. Noted possible improvements, etc., but no pressure to upgrade or pay for unnecessary services.
We’ve called these guys for so many occasions and they always do a great job. I reset my Google nest to the factory setting trying to get rid of schedules I didn’t set. I couldn’t get it back up and running after that so I called First Choice. They came the same day and the tech got it working right away.
