“We went through our home warranty company and this was one of the best experiences ever. The warranty process is exhausting and we went a week with a unit down due to the process. Vendors have very little control over warranty company decisions based on our previous warranty experiences. Pacific is a family owned business and Victor was hands on and honest in his assessments. We've lived in the desert for three years and dealt with the top three AC companies and Pacific Air was fair and up front about the warranty process and our coverage options.
