I ponder how can I convey how great the Western Air crew is! If I could, I would give them 10 stars. I have been having this company service my heater/air conditioner and mini split for several years. Initially I met “Adam” an owner of the company. I was so impressed that I posted on Town Square telling my neighbors to consider hiring Western. Many had complained on TS that they were dealing with companies that were charging for problems that didn’t exist. It took a couple of neighbors to talk and hear that they were told the same story and that alerted all of us to beware of that company and others. Summer of 2023 and my AC is not operating. Contacted another AC company and they promised same-day service and they never arrived.On recommendation, I contacted Western Air and Thomas assessed the problem and fixed it. However, it was an older system and it was replaced at a cost less than I expected.They did a great job. Subsequently we've had issues, such as the Nest thermostat and they have come-out ether same or next-day. They are highly recommended.Services: A/C system repair

We use them for all our service. Just now the air shut off. Thomas was here within the hour and fixed the problem immediately. He is knowledgeable and polite. Gets the job done! We highly recommend Western Air.
