“Once again, A big Thank you to Timothy Cordt and his wonderful team at Ideal Comfort. I am a senior and customer living in Rancho Cucamonga . I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ideal Comfort for many years. It seems that over the years, every interaction is better than the last. Over the past month, as summer approaches the temperature rises. I made a call to Ideal Comfort and spoke to Victoria about getting my unit its yearly tune-up special. I expressed to her that my a/c wasnt as cold as it was last year. She explained that although they were busy when I called on the 5th, that because I am a senior, she would make sure someone came out the next day. To my surprise, the next afternoon, Mr. Trevor, field supervisor showed up. I was happy because he has been out to my home on several occasions. He does a very through job. After spending close to 2 hours cleaning, trouble shooting, and doing the routine maintence on my unit, our home was once again cold and comfortable. I am so pleased with the work and value I receive with Ideal Comfort. I have recommeneded them to my parents as well as many of my associates.

“I called RC Air on Saturday at about 1:00 pm, and a very nice lady answered. Technicians were at my house in less than 2 hours! My AC had iced up, so I had to have it thaw. Called on Sunday for some direction, and again the same lady answered, gave me advise and set up an appointment for Monday. A technician showed up sooner than I thought, and took care of my problem.

“Had our solar system installed by Cali developments. This is truly a super awesome company. They installed our system in six and a half hours. They did a super awesome job. Upon inspection by the county inspector he was satisfied with the solar install. The inspector took his time on the roof checking everything and finally came down and checked the three panel boxes and passed our install with no problems at all. The inspector told us our install was one of the best he had inspected“

“Had the experience of having one of their drivers recklessly drive around the road on the 5 freeway Friday at 3pm. After swerving between 3 different lanes and tail gaiting me, they merged into the emergency lane to pass, which tapers making it difficult to pass. He ended up pushing another car and me out of the lane nearly hitting us and then proceeded to run a red light on a right turn.I don’t know if this company has strict standards for their HVAC work but their drivers has no regard for safety.UPDATE: I was contacted by Scott, the operations manager for the company, who apologize on behalf of the company and let me know he issue has been addressed with the driver. He thanks me for taking the time to call in and report the drivers actions.“

“I just had Sean, owner of Helping Hand Services (HHS), and his son address a gas leak at the gas manifold in my York furnace. They made the necessary adjustments, including the gas pressure, and serviced the unit. The leak was remedied and their fee was extremely reasonable. They took their time, over 45 minutes, checking and rechecking the unit and turning it on and off to be sure it was operating properly and was safe. My former HVAC company wanted to replace the gas manifold and charge me over $600, which would not have fixed the problem. They initially even wanted to charge me $250 to process the warrantied part, which I've never heard of, before I insisted on speaking with the manager. I strongly recommend HHS and Sean for your HVAC needs; he and his son are consummate professionals and York certified technicians who are skilked, thorough, fair with pricing..“

“We had SchaefAir come out last year and install a new downstairs HVAC unit. This was after the original 20 year old unit had stopped working and was way too expensive to fix with the old freon and other issues. This new unit is far superior to the original in terms of how fast it cools the downstairs, the noise level during operation, and the new technology it came with. The recent local high temps have really tested this new HVAC unit. As part of the installation, I had the SchaefAir check the original ductwork for both the downstairs and upstairs HVAC units. With the changes they recommended and made, not only does the downstairs work great (great air flow) but the upstairs unit does now as well. The upstairs HVAC unit was a replaced a few years back by another contractor who seemed to have overlooked the issues with the ductwork. Anyway, SchaefAir did a great job and they are now my go to company for HVAC!!!“

“Our home experienced a water pipe leak above the water heater this morning and after a quick phone call, All City sent out a technician within two hours! Antonio was excellent in assessing the situation and explaining the details of what it would take to bring our system back to working order. Our old water heater was 25 years old and the technology and safety requirements had changed over the years, so several upgrades were needed for this project. Many steps were required and Antonio diligently worked through each one, including coordinating with the restoration service who arrived to evaluate the water damage from the initial leak. Considering the cost of a new water heater, and the amount of labor and parts for this job, I believe the total cost was competitive. We are very satisfied with All City’s service and professionalism.“
