I had Custom Comfort System put 3 mini split AC units in my guest house. They were responsive from the start, competitive in price and were very clean with their install. Almost a year later I had a problem and even during the busiest time of year they got me on schedule the next day and had everything working. Again responsive, clean and very professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Ryan replaced our old A/C unit with a new Heat Pump system and he replaced ducts and added new vents to help with even cooling and heating throughout our older home. He listened to what our problems were with the functionality of the prior system and then solved them. His price was good and his warranty was unbeatable, he stands behind his work. He is professional, kind, and prompt. When a follow up was necessary nearly two years after install, he was there same day and even though the small problem was due to our oversight, he took care of it happily. We hired Custom Comfort Systems back in 2014 to install all new HVAC/Ducting during a home remodel. Ryan and the team were fantastic to work with. The quote was not only quick and honest, but the price and timeframe were also outstanding. The installation was done as scheduled and completed quickly and professionally. The system worked flawlessly the whole time we lived in the home. Fast forward to the present time, we moved out of state and were attempting to sell the same home.
