“Jay came out this morning, and I was his first customer of the day. He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything to me instead of just coming in and doing the repair.
He changed out my filters, explained what happened with my AC, and even gave me a little much-needed lecture on maintenance and what I can do to keep everything running better. 😂 He was very upfront that he can get my system fixed and running today, but also explained why, in the long run, it would probably be in my best interest to start considering a new unit rather than just trying to sell me something on the spot.
As a mom with three kids at home, having the AC go out in this heat is a BIG deal, so I really appreciated him getting out here first thing and making sure we would have air again today.
Very knowledgeable, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. I really appreciate someone who explains the problem, gives you your options, and doesn't pressure you. Definitely recommend Jay!”
