SIMS is a great family owned company, and the owner Dan is such a nice and humble person who made the entire process super smooth. They installed my entire HVAC system including air ducts in my small condo, I have no idea how they were able to crawl in such a small attic. Some pointers, make sure you have same color paint if paint ends up chipping away around the registers when they are replaced, when they arrive for the job, go over in detail what they will be doing to your specific unit, and after the job is done, if there are any details you don’t like, let them know. After the installation I thought there were major issues, but after talking to Dan and Dan giving me some knowledge, I realized the “issues” were super minor things that were easily adjusted by Jon (also very knowledgeable), Robert and other. I was amazed and relieved by how prompt Dan was in responding to me and he immediately sent out crew members on 2 separate occasions to resolved the super minor issues. I 100% recommend them.
