This company is above and beyond amazing. My furnace went out during the process of dealing with my father's death and Bills heating replaced my entire furnace at no cost to me. They also left me with over a years supply of filters and a new thermostat. Kyle and Carson installed the furnace in less then 3 hours while my dogs barked their lives away in my bedroom. Wonderful humans! I've never experienced such kindness from a major company like this before. What a fantastic experience. They called me yesterday I told them my situation and by 2:45pm today they had completely replaced the entire unit I'm still in shock. Bill never disappoints! I called him on Wednesday knowing full well that in this summer heat that it may take a while for him to get to me, but he said that he could be there Friday if time permitted.He got here on Friday and climbed into my attic. The diagnosis was quick.He was able to fi the problem with no parts replaced.This is my 2nd positive review of Bill's Heating & Air Conditioning.I was very well taken care of.He's my go-to guy now for any repairs.Thanks!
