My old AC unit needed to be replaced so I talked with 3 other companies before meeting with AC Plus. They go by the law when it comes to payment expectations and their price was fair. Not all companies I interviewed did that and they were all licensed.Their attention to detail was unexpected. I've had a lot of work done on my house. There was no mess left behind. In fact they went beyond expectations in that area. Nothing done sloppily and so far, excellent results.

We had a new AC system and all new ductwork installed. The guys were professional and kind. They were mindful of our pets and respectful of our house. I had a lot of questions before, during and after. They answered and addressed all of my concerns. The system is working great! We are very satisfied with the service we received. We will definitely be using AC Plus Heating & Air in the future!

I can't express how grateful I am for Katrina and John. I called late evening last week for some AC issues and due to the time I wasn't able to get serviced until the following day (which is still amazing compared to the other companies turn around time of service). Katrina took the time to really hear me out and help us with getting someone out even sooner than the time I was originally told. She was so kind and understanding of my concerns. Our service technician, John, came early morning and helped take care of our issue, explain what our options were, and didn't try to force us into making any decisions until we were ready or in need.
