I called Edgar this morning because my thermostat died last night. I had purchased a new one yesterday, but had no power for some reason. Maybe we had a power surge or something. But Edgar stated they would come out to my house shortly! What an amazing and comforting response after sleeping in a hot house last night. Meanwhile before they arrived I fiddled with the fuses (inside and out), circuit breakers, transformer (power choke), and wiring. All of a sudden I had power to the thermostat. So I fixed it myself, accidentally. But I am very appreciative and impressed with their prompt response. They will be my first call next time.
