Our Speed Queen washing machine that is still under warranty needed a repair. We had a service call just a few hours after we made the request over the phone. The technician, Stephen, was friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. He assessed the problem, ordered the part, and installed it successfully 4 days later. We are very happy with the service we received from Premier Service Group, and will not hesitate to call for their services again.Service: Washing machine repair
