Mike , Eric, Kris and Seth replaced my old gas water heater with new electrical water heater. They came exactly on time as promised, did the work very professionally, cleaned up everything, and in the end explained me everything about how the new water heater is supposed to work and maintained. They are highly recommended for the service they provided.

Sierra Valley Mechanical exceeds expectations again! Today they arrived to replace our Water Heater to go with our new HVAC system. Michael, Kris, and Francisco were great. Hard workers, polite, paid attention to detail and our floors gleamed again after they cleaned up! Their friendly, professional, can-do attitude is refreshing and we would definitely use them again. 5 stars again gents!

My gas water heater went out a couple weeks ago and in between trying to fix it myself and talking to a neighbor I discovered these guys knew what they were doing. I called them and they came the same day to check out my unit and give me my options. Once my electric / hybrid water heater was ordered they set a date for install. Let's just say the process was so easy. They came on install day ready to work. Very friendly and explained how the machine worked and what we needed to keep an eye out for. Thanks to them I was able to receive the SMUD energy rebate and now I have hot water! Michael Hayes and his mates Seth and Kris were very helpful, friendly and professional....read full review
