“Brian is a well rounded and knowledgeable trainer. Before beginning by training sessions I had mentioned my injuries and Brian planned the training program keeping my injuries and goals in mind. I have been training for few months now and I have never had any injuries and happy with my progress.During our sessions, Brian is constantly offering clear and effective feedback for getting the most out of each exercise- a telltale sign that he's paying close attention. He makes small adjustments in posture and movements that are immediately felt, and I leave each session feeling like I got the most out of the hour.I would highly recommend Brian. I've had several trainers in the past and Brian is by far the BEST!!!!“

“Marty is an incredible trainer. You will learn so much about the principles of physical fitness, strength training, and proper technique. Marty is excellent at identifying the weaknesses in your posture, form, and technique, and then creating a totally personal program to attack those deficiencies. His training goes beyond just teaching proper form with kettlebell exercises, he teaches you the fundamentals behind the techniques so that you can then apply those principles in your own training at home. He also very skilled at identifying faulty movement patterns and correcting them so that you can train safely and with confidence.The training also goes beyond just strength and kettlebell training. My cardiovascular endurance has greatly improved since starting to work with Marty. Marty also incorporates other tools into your program depending on your goals and where you would like to improve. I learned about mace training and I learning a ton about mobility and flexibility. He also provided a number of great ideas about diet and nutrition.Marty takes a holistic view of your strength and health and he cares deeply about his clients and their progress. You will not find a better trainer. Whether you’re just starting out or just looking to refine your technique Marty will absolutely be able to help you achieve your health goals.“

With some on-and-off gym experience, I had never fully committed to my fitness regiment and my body proved it. I needed someone who could tell me what to do, keep me accountable, and help me establish a habit of exercise to keep me healthy for a long time.First session with Dane was a free consult where we talked my history of fitness, reasons why I couldn't keep consistency/progress, and my overall goals. Dane listened, took contemporaneous notes, and even gave me basic nutrition recommendations to consider before we started working together.A few days later I began my first session, and Dane took it from there. “I want to thank Mr. Johnson and everyone at Dojo USA San Bruno. We started training just before Covid hit and we went into distant learning with online classes. We started in person classes last year and I see a huge difference in Aarav’s focus. We were struggling in the beginning with the curriculum and now I see a huge difference in Aarav’s training. Aarav joined the Black Belt this year as well. He performed Bo Kata 2 at his end of school year talent show as well. I was super excited to see him perform in front of his classmates.I will highly recommend Dojo USA.“

“I've trained with TLM since 2018... in the Noe studio with Esterina and now virtually with Brianna (both amazing!). My only regret is not hearing about them before my first pregnancy (got the recommendation from a friend in the early days postpartum with #1). Two large babies and long labors later, I'm feeling stronger than ever before. The trainers are super knowledgable, enthusiastic and supportive. TLM has been such an important part of my pre/postnatal experience!“

“I usually go in early morning but decided to go late on Monday night around 11pm. It was a good crowd & definitely felt the good vibes. The place is spacious, clean & cool. Thank you for keeping the bathrooms clean & the workout area.“
