Even here a few time during my stay. Always packed. Locker rooms need attention, broken showers. No shower curtain in one shower stall. Looking at other reviews the locker rooms appear to be an issue for a long time.
The machines are the machines just getting in them is tough. But it’s close to my hotel so here I am.

I did bring up to front desk and they said overnight clean up person fired. But looking at reviews, this is a long running issues this is not anything new. I, any many have brought up. It’s on you to fix a known issue.

I’ve had a great experience at Planet Fitness in San Bruno. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, but what really stands out is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, attentive, caring, and helpful, and they genuinely make you feel welcomed whenever you walk in. The team is professional while still being personable, and their positive attitude creates a comfortable environment that makes you want to keep coming back. Overall, it’s a great gym with an excellent staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

I love the night staff, Abel, Karla, Kenny, Carlos, Jordan etc. They always make you feel welcome. To be honest the day crew when I did go they have no socail skills, things are always dirty. The day crew needs people skills. I been to gyms but I do have to say they the night crew is always welcoming. Abel is a perfect example when it comes to people skills. Thank you for a great team
