The staff here at AF Pacifica is what makes this gym excellent. Each of them consistently goes above and beyond to create a culture that is professional, welcoming, and fun. The space is always clean. The equipment is always maintained. The coaches know their stuff. Great layout and full range of equipment.
I often travel for work and have visited other AF locations both in and out of the US. This little gem in Pacifica is a standout.
I've been a member since Dec. 2021. The atmosphere is great with equipment for every workout style and ability level, and members of all different fitness levels. The energy is good, too, and the gym is often busy. Everyone here seems committed to getting in shape. There isn't any yelling or groaning (except for one person), and/but it isn't overly social. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
I come a loooong way to just try and get my gym session for the day before heading to work in Palo Alto. Im extreamly happy how convenient and clean! It is here compared to my home Santa Rosa anytime fitness. The custodians take pride in their work and it shows.
Not crowded at all between 4 and 6am.
Bathrooms are always clean.
One thing is, if you get annoyed of people who dont put their weights back in place, there's a lot of that. But thats not a thing the gym can control besides mentioning it.
