“I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at this clinic! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by an adorable cat named Sherlock at the reception. He has an incredibly calming effect on all the animals that come into the clinic. Not only does Sherlock bring a sense of comfort, but the staff and the vet, Dr. Vlad P., provide top-notch care, making both pets and their owners feel welcome and well looked after.

A special thank you to Dr. Vlad for his friendly and compassionate approach to animals. Let’s be honest—my dog has a difficult personality, and visiting the vet has always been a stressful experience. But to my surprise, I got back a calm and healthy Maltese after a complex dental cleaning and extraction procedure. Dr. Vlad guided us through each step, thoroughly explaining the necessity of the procedures and how they would be performed. He kept me informed about my dog's condition at every stage, which helped ease my own stress as well.

I highly recommend this clinic not only for the welcoming atmosphere they've created for animals, but also for their well-selected staff. In particular, I can’t recommend Dr. Vlad enough for his professionalism and care. “Karl was fantastic! He worked with my reactive Chihuahua, Tuna, and provided exactly the tools I needed. In just 5 sessions, we made significant progress and she's no longer barking at the front door as much, which was a major issue. He pulled up the livestream so that I was able to watch as Sitka was introduced to the other pups and staff. We rescued a 10 month old puppy this spring and added her to our family with two other dogs and a cat.

Within the first week we discovered our new member was extremely anxious (she escaped once and was gone for hours), was up through the night and not housebroken. This prompted us to connect with Dee where we collaborated on our goals together, and set our focus on reducing anxiety, potty and crate training, and teaching hand signals to keep our pup from bolting out the door.

Two months later, we are THRILLED to report that our puppy’s anxiety levels are down dramatically, she is 99% potty trained, fully crate trained and sleeping through the night and not a single attempt at an escape. An added bonus is seeing the benefit all of this has had on our other dogs and how quickly the puppy and cat were able to integrate.

We did our meetings with Dee over FaceTime, starting at 3 to 4 times a week, and naturally decreasing as Dee’s program was so effective. Dee is extremely knowledgeable, provides clear instruction, and has a way of explaining situations from a dog’s perspective that makes it easy to understand the interventions.

Scheduling time with her was easy. We greatly appreciated her being firm about following guidelines because it kept us on track. However, she is also understanding and flexible when we expressed needing adjustments based on our own lifestyle or goals for our family.

We have a calm and cohesive family and are beyond grateful for Dee who was integral in this process.“

“I am always worried about my dog being in a new place, he is especially skittish around new people. When I first brought him to Fay's, he literally hid between my legs! Fay has an area just for her furry guests which was something our previous boarders did not have. You could tell just by talking to her that she truly loves what she's doing. She gave updates with pictures & videos throughout the day! Since that first drop off (he stayed 5 days), I have dropped him off for daycare & he stayed another 4 days, he is happy to arrive at her house! He just loves it! “Due to a last minute logistical error, we took our furry babies to Venice Dog Boarding. It was our first time leaving our babies here so we were very apprehensive, but from the moment we met Jan, my wife felt so much better and our dogs were very relaxed. “This business is the best!!!!! I do NOT trust anyone with my pets, especially my cat, who is very skittish and loves being alone. Unexpectedly I had to find a place for her for 3 weeks after my apartment flooded and.I had used them before for a weekend and they were phenomenal .
I also had my friend's dog with me as I was watching him during this time as a favor as well. So I was stuck trying to find a place to board two sensitive animals at the last minute.

The moment I called, they put me at ease and made room for me. I was so relieved and grateful. Not to mention the dog had tons of space in a safe environment and they have an outdoor area for pets to relax and play. They even had lots of lounge chairs for the dogs to rest on. It's a paradise for pets that even most humans don't get to experience. I was jealous and wanted to stay there myself, haha!!

They are also extremely watchful of the animals, I observed them with other pets and knew they were in the right caring hands.
