Great local pet supply store with a solid selection and helpful staff. That said, I have one frustration worth mentioning for anyone who shops here regularly.

They collect your phone number for a rewards program, but the system doesn't actually track your purchase history. For promotions like the cat litter refills — where you need to save 11 receipts to get your 12th refill free — you're entirely on your own to keep track. No digital record, no account history, nothing tied to your phone number.

Two floors of paw friendly necessities. OpenFarm Raw kibble downstairs (discounted sometimes) treats and leashes upstairs. Always spotless and staff know their inventory which makes for a quick and pleasant pit stop. Easy pothole free complimentary parking lot in back or meters in front on Wilshire. Definitely the top of the list if you prefer to support a local brick and mortar for all your best friends raw kibble likings.

The staff here are always very helpful and they have tons of great things to choose from for your pets.
Their prices are a little on the high side to be honest, but I don’t mind because it’s easy to get in and out of this location and the staff are so kind.
