Dr. L and this clinic is the worst possible vet I have ever experienced. I left 5 messages since my dog's blood work last Friday and have never received a reply GO SOMEWHERE ELSE---anywhere!!!!!

We took our cat here, and they provided misguided information around an intestinal blockage.Skip the pain and hassle for your pet and go to an actual emergency clinic. They downplayed the issue and charged significantly for very prefunctory services like a "fast ultrasound."

We live in the Palisades and I have been using Pali Vet for years. Dr. Jordon and her predecessor provided excellent care. With regret I must post a warning to others. I made an emergency visit to Pali Vet because our then 2 year old pup became lethargic and demonstrated a neurological issue. Rather than perform a urine test to see if he ate something, a complete work up was done at tremendous cost; as it turned out our pup must have ingested something and he quickly recovered within a few hours of being seen.
