“I rescued a beautiful 14 month old Doberman Pinscher with hopes to train him as a service dog for myself as I was recently diagnosed with medical issues where a service dog was recommended by my physician. I was referred to Loveurk9 for training of my dog not only because of their knowledge of the Doberman breed well but because they are also highly educated in the needs of those diagnosed with special needs and assisting both the animal and the human in their new life as partners . I can honestly say that though my dog was not out of control when initially rescued, within the first week of working with Kevin, Latoya and the staff my beautiful boy has amazed me. “We just finished our third training session with Tracy for our dog who was experiencing trauma from a cat attack. Over the course of about three months he's improved not only in the area of confidence in taking walks again, but Tracy also leaned into helping other areas of struggle such as leash walking. Having her there to chat through, demonstrate, and be there to advise as my husband and I tried different techniques really helped! I highly recommend working with Tracy, she has a wealth of knowledge and taught with an empathetic approach to understand our boy better.“

“Highly recommend The Range for their board and train program. Our trainer is Joey and he is very patient with our dog and did a great job training our dog based on our requests. Seeing the progress from the videos /photos and report cards everyday is the best because we miss our dog so much. I was worried about him being sick due to the ongoing mysterious illness spreading around in the states but the staff took a good care of him and I can see he is happy there. I’m glad they also have yard time so our dog can socialize and play with other dogs in a supervised environment. Daniela, the front desk receptionist is also very helpful, maintain good communication throughout the training period. We would love to have our dog be back to the Ranch soon!“

“Jocelyn has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in our sessions with our little rescue guy, Watson. We had been struggling and overwhelmed with leash reactivity, stranger danger, nervous and fearful behavior. She was able to guide us with game plans to manage and work on his behavior. We learned so much about dog behavior and body language. She was so patient and understanding with him. Her calm demeanor was very soothing for Watson and us as well! “Jan allowed us to enjoy our vacation as we knew our precious beasts were being taken care of by the ABSOLUTE BEST PERSON! She loved and cared for our 2 dogs as if they were her own. Jan sent us 2-3x's daily photos and updates on Harry and Maggie's stay during our 2+ week vacation. The day stay and overnight pricing is quite reasonable especially given the attention the dogs receive. Jan also limits the quantity of dogs she watches to ensure quality of care. This is the first time our dogs have had overnight boarding and NOT come home angry/pouty about being left with someone else. We highly recommend Jan!!“

“I am so happy (and relieved!) to have found Lili and PetCare LB. Our senior dog developed chronic pancreatitis 18 months ago and since then we have not felt comfortable leaving him in traditional boarding or with a petsitter. He takes several medications and while most of the time he is fine, he tends to stop eating when we're away and can take sudden dramatic downturns that need to be carefully managed (we almost lost him to a flareup last year and are still traumatized). Now that he's been stable for over a year, we asked our vet for a recommendation of a petsitter or boarder with medical training and he suggested Lili, whom he has worked with for several years. I can't overstate how amazing it was to find someone with so much experience and empathy who caters to pets like ours who need more support and attention. It was so reassuring to leave our dog with someone with the expertise to know how to handle any issues if they did arise. After a successful one-night stay with Lili we finally felt comfortable planning a long-delayed honeymoon trip knowing our pup was in good hands. We were gone for 12 days, during which time we got regular updates from Lili and our pup did great! We are so relieved to have found someone we can trust to take care of our baby if/when we need to travel. I can't recommend Lili and PetCareLB highly enough!“

“I can't believe I never wrote a review about my wonderful experience with Stacie! It has been about over a year and half since our last training session. I have a now 11 year old dog named Shin-Shin who we got as a puppy and was not trained properly. He was aggressive towards every living thing that wasn't a main family member but I knew he was a sweetie inside and wanted others to experience his kinder side. I took 8 training sessions and while he may not be perfect being as his old habits have stuck a bit, he's much more manegeable. My partner, who doesn't live with me, has admitted that he's like a different dog now. Before Shin-Shin made my partner nervous and always looked ready to attack but can now cuddle with him. It takes a lot of patience and observation to understand a dog and surely a lesson learned for any future pets I may have in the future. Stacie was so easy and friendly to work with utilizing positive and fun reinforcements only! She truly cares about the wellbeing of the relationship between the dog and human. Would go back to her in an instant if needed, highly recommend!!!“

“Wonderful spot to set your puppy up for a solid training foundation. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable and they clearly communicate the progression of your puppy. They also provide a ton of instructional videos if you wish to do some independent studying, which I highly recommend. My puppy comes home very tired from a day at school!“

“Hi! I have a 2 year old shih tzu who struggled with some separation anxiety but after a rather traumatic moving experience her anxiety got even worse. Amber was so helpful and such a great source of support. We did one on one training sessions weekly and she provided great tips and tools to help us get back to a place where she now feels safe and doesn't bark when I leave the house. I definitely recommend Amber for dog training sessions!“

“Ever since my dog Tim died, Ros has been withdrawn, sad, and reclusive. She spent all her time either under my desk or in my bedroom. She would go as much as 24 hours without going outside even to potty. It was heartbreaking. Dee Green helped her so much with her online counseling! With just the gentlest of interventions that allowed Ros to make her own choices about coming to me, going outside, where she wanted to sleep, etc., and some use of treats, she almost immediately began responding in a positive way. She started leaving the bedroom when the other dogs left the bedroom in the morning, she would sometimes go out on her own, she would come with me to go out as long as we were by ourselves, and gradually she’s gotten almost back to normal. “Bob, Annie and team are amazing! I sought them out after doing an online search and reaching out to several business for quotes. They were responsive throughout the month that I used them to walk my girlfriend's dog and Henry had such a great experience! Henry is a 2 year old Golden Retriever with tons of energy who loved all of the exercise and attention he got from Dave (our walker). Dave was super patient with Henry when it was his first time going. I watched from the house and saw how concerned Henry was about getting into the van but Dave just stood by and reassured him and waited until he was ready. “I was referred to K9 Vacay LA from someone a friend who raved about her pup's transformation. I had an 11-month-old pup who had some pretty bad pulling and barking habits! I was starting to DREAD our walks because he lunged at everything and everyone and literally didn't care if he choked himself out from pulling so hard. I did the one-week board and train with Veronica (K9 Vacay LA owner) and I was SO IMPRESSED with the absolute turnaround from my pup! I knew it wasn't going to be a one and done training, but wow, he's an entirely upgraded dog. He now gets boarded with her when I travel or have to work crazy days. He loves her, the other pups she has, and always come back home with a refresher training! I couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend training and boarding for your babies!“

“Kevin is an incredible trainer and coach for pets and their people. He has helped me in raising four incredible dogs since 1990. He also provides boarding services and hosts socialization classes at his family's home. He even used to own and operate a pet store in West LA, so he has great recommendations on what food, toys and supplies are best for your furry family members. Always available to answer even the most simple questions. Kevin teaches puppy lessons, a series of obedience classes including best walking practices, and provides even more advanced skills training classes. I recommend him 100%.“
