Absolutely amazing service from this company. I had an HVAC system installed by another company and I suspected that there might be a carbon monoxide leak. I called the company that originally installed the system and they said there was no leak and everything was fine.Fortunately, I called up Trio heating & air, and they found a crack in the heat exchanger, and they found that there was a high level of carbon monoxide being released into the house.I’m so glad I called Trio and they sent over really insightful and helpful associates - Rafe & Junior.These guys ought to get 6 stars …

Had a great experience with Trio! Thomas was great at communicating the options for our home and provided us with a system that fit perfectly for what we need. From the start, the introductory appointment to survey the situation was different than the three other companies I called. Pacific Air was the only one who had a man put on his white body suit covering from head to toe and a mask and actually see for himself the extend of the work that would be needed in the crawl space. He checked out the ducting that had been destroyed by rats and even saw a water leak.All the ducting had to be replaced. The register vents were disinfected as well.The team was made up of Milton, Jay, Lalo and Hector.
